Spend a few minutes with real estate entrepreneur Cassidy McIntire and you will understand why his clients describe him as a gregarious, relatable, and trusted advisor. He has built his career on a foundation of integrity, transparency, hard work, and the Golden Rule, and his success as a real estate agent and development specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area is a testament to his commitment to serve his clients.
A life-long athlete, Cassidy often describes how he works in sports terminology. With individual and family clients, he is their “coach” as he guides them through the purchase or sale of their home. “For many of my clients, purchasing a home is the largest transaction they’ll ever do,” he says. “It’s an emotionally charged experience, and I want it to be as comfortable as possible.” To achieve that, he draws upon his two decades of experience in real estate, his ability to laser-focus his attention on details, and his dedication to clear communication with all parties. “No question is too big or too small,” he says. “I’m always working for you.”
Cassidy also helps people build long-term wealth through residential real estate investing and developing, and in this side of the industry, he describes himself as the “quarterback for a complicated game.” His professional background includes work as Developer Sales Manager—Western Region for Blu Homes, Inc., home builders, in which he was responsible for sourcing, building, and managing relationships with many levels of players. He has built and flipped houses, found and secured premier lots and tear-down opportunities, and facilitated joint venture relationships between developers, property owners, investors, and financing, then handled the successful sale of the end product. He excels at negotiating for and on behalf of his clients, and he celebrates when everyone wins.
Having grown up in a military family (14 schools in 12 years), Cassidy understands the stresses and challenges people face during the process of moving to a new home. He brings this compassion into his work. He loves being a homeowner and is grateful to now call San Jose home.
Cassidy is a multi-sport athlete. Currently, he is passionate about free diving and training for long-distance open-water swims. He is guided in everything by his Christian faith, which inspires him to live in integrity as a good steward (he earned his BS in Environmental Studies from San Jose State). He shares his life with his beloved wife Robyn, daughters Sierra and Bella, and bulldog Mac.
